Transforming Leadership’s High-Stakes World with Co-Active Coaching

As a coach, you already lead with presence, curiosity, and relational intelligence. You know how to listen deeply, hold space with care, and meet people where they are. These are more than skills. They’re how you're wired as a coach.

But when you step into the room with a leader responsible for organizational growth, health, and reputation, something shifts. The stakes feel higher. The complexity is nuanced. The pressure to be useful, practical, strategic, even fast, can crowd out the qualities that make your coaching transformative.

Coaching leaders well means learning to hold all of it at once: the person and the system, the goal and the growth, the urgency and the relationship.

So, if you’ve asked or wondered

  • What needs to change when I move to coaching leaders?
  • How do I keep play, curiosity, and humanity alive when the pressure to problem-solve is so high?
  • How do I help leaders access their authentic voice and emotional intelligence when there is acute pressure to perform?
  • When should I coach for development, and when does the leader just need a thought partner?

Then this webinar is for you. You’ll learn tools and ground your confidence to do your best work with leaders navigating increased responsibility, influence, and complexity.
