Charles is an executive and leadership coach who works with executives, managers, teams, and high-performing individuals in search of a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation, and he serves as a faculty member at Co-Active Training Institute, delivering the core curriculum to aspiring coaches.
He brings over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, designer, strategist, consultant, and mentor, along with a wealth of real-world business knowledge. His training spans a range of coaching modalities, including the Leadership Circle Profiler, the Enneagram by Integrative Solutions, and conscious leadership. Since 2021, he has led a virtual group coaching program for men of color.
He believes our purpose in life is to live it to its fullest. Sometimes we need a little help to get there. This session is that help, focused on the moment you're actually in as a new or emerging leader.
